Labor is a social practice activity unique to human beings, through which people can acquire more knowledge and skills. As the successors of the new era, college students should combine their career planning with national development. Labor education gradually occupies an essential position in college education and affects students' career planning and development. Given the above situation, this paper takes labor education in colleges and universities as the starting point, studies the practical path research of strengthening labor orientation in professional education basing on labor science education, taking the integration of industry and education as the fundamental path, improving the management mechanism, and creating a new pattern of labor education in colleges and universities.
